The people behind your support.
STR Virtual Assistant is part of StealthAgents. Our Philippines-based team helps businesses build practical remote support roles with clear responsibilities and communication.
Start with a conversation about the work. We will discuss fit, expectations, and next steps before you decide.
Meet our parent company, StealthAgentsBring the real queue.
We will start there.
You do not need a polished job description. A few examples of the tasks that keep interrupting you are more useful: unanswered guest messages, turnover confirmations, maintenance follow-ups, reservation changes, or owner updates that always end up happening late.
Tell us how many properties you manage, which platforms you use, and when your busiest handover periods occur. We will discuss what can be handled remotely, where your local team needs to stay involved, and which decisions must remain with you.
There is no need to send guest identity documents, payment information, access codes, or account passwords in this form. A general description of your operation is enough for the first conversation.
What happens after you get in touch?
- Choose a time
- Once your request is accepted, you will reach our scheduling page. Pick an available consultation time that works for you. Submitting the form alone does not confirm a meeting.
- Map the responsibility
- We discuss the recurring work, coverage needs, communication channels, and approval boundaries. We also identify the property information and training materials the assistant would need.
- Agree on next steps
- Review the proposed scope, fit, and working arrangements. You decide whether to move forward, which tasks come first, and how you want to review the initial work.
A few useful answers.
Is this for individual hosts or property managers?
Both can benefit from clearly scoped support. The role depends on the volume of recurring work and the coordination involved, not simply the number of properties. Describe your operation and we will discuss the fit.
Can an assistant cover evenings or weekends?
Share the hours and time zones that matter to your guests. Coverage must be agreed as part of the engagement; it is not automatically continuous. Your emergency procedures should identify the local contact outside the agreed schedule.
What if our processes are still informal?
Start with the instructions you already use and the situations that recur most often. We can discuss a role that includes organizing property information and documenting handovers. You still approve policies and decisions before they become working guidance.
Will you replace our local property team?
No. Remote coordination supports the people responsible for cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and urgent on-site response. The assistant helps requests and updates reach those people with enough context to act.
