Method

Use one rate change as the unit. Record the old rate, new rate, effective dates, approver, and channels.

Verify each channel after the change window. Record the observed rate and the time checked.

Check guest-facing messages and listing text for stale prices or minimum-stay rules.

Sample bookings made during the window for confirmation accuracy.

Report channel coverage, stale references, and corrections with owners.

Findings

A channel can show the new rate while a saved template still quotes the old one.

Minimum-stay changes are often missed when only nightly rates are checked.

A rollback plan is part of the change record, not an afterthought.

Channel coverage should be verified, not assumed from a successful save.
